Senior Clinical Psychologist (Essex)
Hi, my name is Evgenia. I’m a Senior Clinical Psychologist at ‘Here for You’ (Essex). I joined the team in October 2022. I work with individuals and teams and I enjoy drawing on different psychological approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused approaches, and Narrative approaches, in my work. I practice in a way that is collaborative and respectful. I appreciate that life can be tricky at times and that reaching out for help can be daunting so my aim is to create a safe space where individuals/ teams can reflect on what is going on for them and develop ways forward that help them improve their wellbeing.
