Consultant Clinical Psychologist & Co-clinical Lead (Essex)
Hi, I’m Jenna. I’m the clinical and service lead for ‘Here for You’ (Essex) and I job share this role with my colleague, Dr Helen Sinclair. I joined the team in August 2022 having previously worked in staff support in an acute hospital setting. I have a broad background in clinical health psychology and use a blend of Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy approaches in my clinical work. My main roles and responsibilities include ensuring we provide a responsive, equitable, accessible and quality service to ALL our staff across Essex regardless of their role, background and / or level in the system. Our aim for ‘Here for You’ is to be a service which offers helpful conversations when staff need them, whilst acknowledging the difficult context in which our staff work. Kindness and equality are my key values, and it is very important to me that my own team feels well supported and is thus able to provide this care to others. When I am not at work, I enjoy watching my two boys play sport and walking in the woods with my dog, Lottie.
