Deputy clinical lead (Herts)
Hi, I’m Liz. I am the deputy clinical lead in Here for You in Hertfordshire. I joined the Here for You team in March 2021 having worked in IAPT services in North East Essex for over ten years. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing and Acceptance and commitment Therapy in clinical practice. I believe in compassionate leadership and the idea of looking after those who look after others. I really enjoy working clinically with staff and colleagues and equally have loved being involved in the growth and development of a new service. Knowing that our team has been able to support staff at such a great time of need has been a privilege and I look forward to being part of such a team and being able to do so in the future.
