Here for you recently held a webinar on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) which had over 70 attendees take part in the session. Hosted by Elizabeth Harrington (Deputy Clinical Lead), Zineb Belouadah (Trainee Clinical Psychologist) and Erlina Rees (Assistant Psychologist), this webinar included the following:

We are pleased to announce the launch of our redeveloped website following a detailed usability testing process with staff from a wide range of roles across Herts and Essex.

One of the main features is the Self- Referral Portal which allows users to select the Herts or Essex pathway of their choice and quickly refer themselves. 

Other new key areas will be released shortly including:

  • Get in Touch - redesigned for user feedback and for users to 'ask a question'

  • Meet The Team

  • Self Help Resources – expert, easy to use and free educative resources

  • New search tools for a more user- friendly experience

  • ReciteMe – assistive technology to make our website more digitally inclusive

  • Your Journey – a schematic step by step guide to help users familiarise themselves with their Here For You experience
