[The therapist] was so kind and reassuring. Really helpful and genuinely wants to help. [They] made me feel not so alone.
I think this is a wonderful service. My team have had support from H4U in so many different ways, all very specific to the situation and needs. Waiting times are comparatively very short. Finally a true perk to working in the NHS!
Very quick and professional service, helped me to get the right help quickly.
Very understanding, no judgment at all. Listened to me and helped with everything I said.
For me I think the fact that the service can be used “ just to offload” and get help before a problem becomes too big is really helpful.
As somebody having cancer, being classed as vulnerable meant I couldn’t leave the house as I felt that if I took a step outside I would get COVID and die. With the help of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy I am now back at work and I am no longer afraid of going out.
It is fantastic to hear of the commitment and dedication of Here For you staff in supporting the wellbeing and psychological needs of the workforce during these difficult past few years.

Here For You were there on site when I needed them after a particularly difficult day. It was nice to have someone physically in person who was so empathetic as it’s just not the same over the phone or over video chat.... It was such a nice setting, where I could sit down with a cup of tea and just speak to someone.
(two employees of mind) Both have said how quickly Here For You has worked for them, they felt the response time was really helpful as it did not give them a chance to change their minds!
- Sharn Tomlinson, Chief Executive Officer, MIND
