Support for Managers - 20 Minute Webinar

The winter period is a difficult time of year for Managers and with the additional pressures of Covid 19, it has made it even harder to run safe services, manage sickness and shortages and support staff who are feeling stressed and burnt out. The Here For You team hosted a short 20 minute webinar to discussing strategies to support Managers through winter pressures, staff shortages and the constant and changing challenges of the Covid pandemic.
